Competition Rules

1. The competition will close at midnight (GMT) on 29th July 2008.

2. The competition is open to all residents of the UK and ROI aged 16 or over, except employees of Cube Businesses Ltd or Hotelbeds.com, and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this Competition.

3. An eligible entrant must be an individual and must submit an entry in the form provided by Cube Businesses limited, trading as The Travel Cube, under this promotion including their name, address and e-mail address. By entering this competition you are agreeing to join our emailing list, however, no information we receive will be passed to third parties.

4. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these General Rules. Cube Businesses Ltd reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules.

5. The winner be the first complete entry drawn at random from all entries. The prize consists of up to 3-nights’ accommodation for two sharing a room, at any of our affiliated hotels across Europe (see www.thetravelcube.com for our range of hotels) up to the value of £250 inc. taxes. An alternative prize, of £250 towards any holiday booked via www.thetravelcube.com is available; details will be supplied to the winning entry. The cost of meals, optional activities or additional charges incurred at the hotel are not included as part of the prize and all other personal expenses, spending money and any other incidentals are the winner's responsibility. This prize can be taken any time until the 30th November 2008 subject to availability. Travel insurance, visas and all necessary travel permits and requirements, such as a valid driving licence is/are the winner's responsibility. Travel to and from the ports/places of departure in the UK is not included as part of the prize.

6. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

7. The judge's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. The winners will be notified by 31st July 2008. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date as specified at entry.

9. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Cube Businesses Ltd.

10. Uses of personal data received by Cube Businesses Ltd in the course of the promotion are subject to the privacy policy found on the Website. Winners' names may be published on the Website.

11. The prize of £250 used as part or full payment must be booked and actualised before 30th November 2008. Failure to do so would result in withdrawal of the prize. No substitute would be offered.
